These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Sentinel Arc. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. This template is intended for UK audiences and should be reviewed by legal counsel before use.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to bind your organization and comply with Discord policies and applicable laws. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and maintaining accurate account details.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to violate Discord terms, laws, or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls or interfere with service availability.
• Do not upload malicious code or use the service for unlawful surveillance.

We reserve the right to contact law enforcement where we reasonably believe misuse, threats, or illegal activity has occurred.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance per billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and emergency updates may occur with or without notice.

Intellectual property

Sentinel Arc and related assets remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service while your account remains active and compliant.

Data and security

We process data to deliver security automation. You are responsible for configuring appropriate moderation rules for your community.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and community safety.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
